Form Builder

Form builder is part of the Implementer Interface toolset and can be used by the implementers to easily design forms via an interface. This tool seeks to simplify the current process of creating a JSON configuration to control the behavior of concepts could be handled through the form builder.

NOTE:The Form Builder Control Panel Page shows 50 forms by default. To increase the limit, Go to OpenMRS>Advanced Settings and change the value of `webservices.rest.maxResultsDefault` to an appropriate value.Keep in mind that this will also affect areas such as number of patients retrieved in the registration page,number of active patients etc
