Privilege based access to Patient Queues

From v0.93 version of Bahmni, one can assigned a specific, custom privilege for viewing a patient queue using the requiredPrivilege attribute in the openmrs/apps/clinical/extension.json file. Only users who have the specified privilege in their user-role can view the queue. e.g, To allow only doctors with privilege psychiatry-deptto be able to see patients in Psychiatric OPD queue, etc.
