Data Migration - Import

Metadata and patient information is maintained in OpenMRS and Bahmni for a implementation. This information has to be shared at times with other Bahmni implementations. The data can be exported from Bahmni using and this can be imported to any other Bahmni implementation using the Import feature. Bahmni uses CSV format to exchange the data between implementations.관련 문서: Data Migration - Export

Apart from migrating data between implementations, another use is sharing data between groups of hospitals managed by the same parent group. Import feature of the system allows for sharing/transfering of the patient information or metadata from one hospital to other hospitals.

Export/Import features saves time and effort involved in exchanging data between various Bahmni implementations.
