Implementer's Interface

We at Bahmni have worked hands-on at multiple implementations and are aware that configuration can get cumbersome. To simplify configuration and make life a lot easier for Bahmni Implementers, we are working on an Implementer's Interface - a UI that Implementer's can use to configure Bahmni.
